God's word is integral to the life of every Christian woman. Even if you feel too busy to sit down for a long bible study session each day, you can still make time to meditate on at least: ONE SCRIPTURE. That's essentially all you need to begin reviving and preparing your spirit for the day. Longer bible reading is always optimal, but if you can take the time to think on just one scripture each day, it's a WONDERFUL start.
