Weight Loss And Fitness with Kimberly Floyd

I conducted an  interview with Kimberly Floyd in January of 2006.

As seen on The 700 Club, Kimberly Floyd is an author, certified wellness coach, and founder of Take Back Your Temple, a wellness company that offers permanent, faith-based weight loss through its books, programs, and personal coaching services.  A former health care professional who used to weigh 240 pounds, is now on a mission to help others on a journey toward health.  Kim attained her fitness goals and is now reaching out to help others do the same.

On this program, she gave us some practical tips on living healthier: from choosing the right foods, to exercise and spirituality tips.
